Adding a new banknote [Risolto]

Hi,
Been a member for 2 days, so saying I know nothing about the mechanics of the website is overstating it.
I am trying to add a banknote, 50,000,00 million (Funfzig Millionen) Mark note issued by Gutfchein der Stadt Lauffen a. N. Dated 1 October, 1923.
I cannot find any reference to Lauffen. My question is, how do you add an Issuing Authority, as well as other new information that is not in the catalogue? The note also shows “Serie B”, but again nothing shows in the Series field when I enter "B". It did show “1963 B” so I don't know whether I should add 1923 as a prefix to the B.
Okay, I've just read through the message aims below and it appears I have to request the creation of an issuing entity. So please treat this as a request should my question be redundant.

We indeed don't have 'Lauffen am Neckar' but there are some mistakes in your text. 

500 000 million are not fifty million “Fünfzig Millionen”, this would be 50 000 000. 

It is also not Gutfein but  Gutſchein, the long s isn't in use anymore so it would be Gutschein (voucher/coupon/credit note) today.

The series on the notgeld has nothing to do with what the series field is for (specific banknote groups of the same year or design etc.), it means it's the second batch of notes.

You are on the ball. It is 50,000,000 fifty million.
