Limit the Topic line to 75 characters [Risolto]

Very simple: I suggest to limit the topic line to 75 characters total (including spaces). This is more than enough to describe your topic or question.

There is a Message section whose purpose is to provide the details.

Just for information, the current limit is 150 characters.

And for illustration purpose, here is a sentence with 75 characters: “I suggest to limit the topic line to 75 characters total (including spaces)”

Now the subject has a limit of 80 characters.

The maximum length of topic titles was reduced to 80 characters last week. I believe this is enough for a title, the details can go to the message itself. I reduced due to several topics lately which had the full message in the title and no message body, which doesn't looks good. Concise titles are easier to browse visually in the list of topics.

I could not find this topic anymore to mark it as implemented when I made the change. Thanks for bringing it back.
