Axis POW banknote id 1944

Hello,

A friend of mine who has several Axis prisoner of war camp tickets 1944-1947, like the one in Longeville les Saint Avold (57) below, asks me to tell him about it. 

Having no documentation for this particular domain, I therefore appeal to the community to indicate to me a reference for this note, its history as well as its value as it is.

It has 3 banknotes in the lot but I could not find any others.

I saw many similar notes looking for one from this camp. They just wrote the camp number on it and that is how you tell them from different camps.
