Similar to n1 and n2, except this one is for the coffee-restaurant “Верденъ” (probably named after the French city of Verdun).
I can't make out all the handwriting at the top, but it appears to be for “два руб.” (two rubles) with a signature at the bottom.
Edit: Text at the top says “Осталось за кассой”, i.e. owed by the establishment, again due to lack of small change.
