Improve the "referee" message when there are multiple referees [Risolto]

Numista referee for coins of this issuer is adanieluy, Jasanche.

It would be better English, and show more respect for multiple referees, if the message said “Numista referees…are…”.

(Minor, but I've been seeing that message over and over today and it grates on me.)
