Hi! This is a (used) bronze medal depicting George Washington. In time,several types of medals for G.W. were produced,some of them are currently for sale on internet sites.

To better identify your type,clear photos of both sides are required + weight & diametre. From one single photo nobody can exactly tell you what you have.
