My wishes

I’ve just registered on this site and can not figure out one thing, maybe someone could help me.

There is the “my wishes” page on my profile where I can specify the things I’m looking for. So how do  someone see my preferences? I can’t see anything on my profile and I check some other random profiles and also could not

find their “wishes”

When you enter a coin in your collection, you'll see this:

If you check the “I wish to get this coin”, it means you want the type (not a specific year), since I don't collect only types, I never use that option, so I can't really tell you, if a kind of list will come out of this..

Yes, I meant the checkbox “I wish to get this coin”. So I specified a few banknotes I’m looking for and now I’m curious if someone else can see my wishlist.

It would be nice to see what stuff a person looking for not just his/her offer. But I could not find the place in profiles where I can see the things the user added to the wishlist.

No, only you can see your wish list. The only external information for other users would be the second line on the profile:

Their coins or banknotes that may interest me: 0
My coins or banknotes that may interest them: 11 ←

The problem is you and the swap partner have to have their wishes set up and not kept the standard setting of 'everything I don't have', otherwise there will be a lot of false positives.
