Hello,
I added Elder Futhark as a script. I'm not so keen to add more virtual keyboards at the moment.
Xavier
I'm not so keen to add more virtual keyboards at the moment.
Fine for me, I'll find my way out as it's not needed for so much items.
Hi
Can we please have Cyrillic alphabet keyboard updated? It should not take too much time.

Thanks!
We already head Runic why add specifically Elder futhark? The problem is that the different futhark and Anglo-saxon runes have fuzzy overlaps with changing use of different signs, re-use at times and it is not always easy to differentiate with a small text base.

Runic is a generic term, but every runic system have small difference, if you don’t know which one it is Runic works but if you know that you have a Elder futhark and not Younger one why should we just put runic, what the benefit?
Runic describes the signs used by Germanic peoples prior Christianisation and you can see the problem quite easy even on the example you yourself have posted. It contains not only Elder Futhark but also Anglo-saxon runes and if you cant distinguish between Elder, Younger, Marcomannic, Medieval Latinized and Anglo-saxon what good is this granular distinction really? Or you'll have to add all the others as well but with so little entries even using them … sorry, I don't see much use.

If you search Runic script, you should get Elder results as well. Vice versa , when assigning, use Runic if you do not know specialised script. Same goes for arabic scripts.
So you will add the other runic scripts too then? Because as of right now it is simply wrong to have only Elder Furthark on the OPs example page.

ᚠ︍ᛁᛚᚲᚨ᛫ᛈᛖᛜ︍ᚱ᛫ᚺᚨᚱ᛫ᛞᛖᚾ᛫ᛖᛚᛞᚱ᛫ᚱᚢᚾᛊᚲᚱᛁᚠᛏ
What coins has the elder futhark written on them?
Jarcek
Yes, do you have specific examples?
Like I said OPs example N#352830 , it contains ᚩᚫᚳᛋᛝ which are not Elder Furthark. Being of Tolkien origin it is far more likely that it is written in Anglo Saxon runes. And if even the overeager OP can't differentiate between the many different runic systems I can't see much sense in this granular differentiation of scripts like Elder, Younger (long and short), Anglo-Saxon, Medieval and Dalecarlian and some others.
