Ceylon 1974 [Risolto]

I have a note clearly marked CEYLON 27/08/1974 , 2 years after becoming SRI- LANKA

Looks like Ceylon  P72 but with a date that does not match,and no details in Numista

note is well circulated (i say VF) , printers mistake or forgery???

It is P72A.
