A followup question. If ‘types’ is the number of different ‘Numista pages’(N numbers, items)
and ‘different coins’ is distinct line counts on those page (so for example having a 1969 and 1971 of the same ‘type’ counts as 2)
then…..
…….what is ‘coins’ (the 2169 in my collection example below)?
Is that including duplicates of a year line - so if I had a 1969 and two 1971 of a single type I get
3 coins
2 different coins
1 type?
That is correct.
Let's say you have a 1 Numista coin.
You have year 2020, and therefore you put a 1 at that year.
Now you have 1 coin, 1 type, 1 different coin.
Then you get a 2021, which you of course add as soon as possible.
Now you have:
2 coins, 1 type, 1 different coin.
