Poland • Fourth złoty (1995-date) - notes issued in 1994

I would like some clarification regarding the following:

When I click on the “Series 1994” link on this page 100 Złotych (or others with the same link), I am taken to this page  Poland • Fourth złoty (1995-date) where all notes are dated 1994 and which were issued only on that year.

Is the series name correct on the original page (for 100 Zł) or should the destination page title be changed to include the year 1994?

According to this Wikipedia page, the Fourth złoty was approved and ratified in 1994. If notes were already issued during that year, why is the series called 1995-date?

Please note that this is an automatic message. Feel free to ignore if it is not relevant.

As a result of inflation in the early 1990s, the currency underwent redenomination. Thus, on 1 January 1995, 10,000 old złoty (PLZ) became one new złoty (PLN).

Those notes have the date of the law on them not really when they were made or issued, they could be made in ‘94 but were only started to be ishued on 1 January 1995.
