Searches for Issuing entity cannot be filtered [Risolto]

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit N#35294 .
2. Click the Issuing entity to visit https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?ct=coin&ie=B%C3%B4ne+Chamber+of+Commerce ,
3. Click Edit Filters.
4. Click Search (optionally making a filter change).

Expected result:

• A list of coins issued by the Bône Chamber of Commerce (filtered as specified).

Actual result:

• Bône Chamber of Commerce is removed from the query,
