Please Create Issuer (or Ruling Authority) Naples, Duchy of [Risolto]

I would like for us to add the issuer Naples, Duchy of.

We could either create this as:

Byzantine States > Naples, Duchy of  … because it originated as a state of the Byzantine Empire,  or…

Italian States > Naples, Byzantine Duchy of, or…

Italian States > Naples, and just create earlier Ruling Authorities to cover the period 661 - 1137 (maybe this is the easiest?).

The currency should be the Byzantine Second Solidus Nomisma (the coins were denominated as follis, etc.)
