Replace URLs by subject of topics or titles of guides

In forum messages when I write an URL of object page htt ps://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces10856.html is show link N#10856

Can be done the same with topic and guides/help? For example:

• Replace https://en.numista.com/forum/topic130049.html by Display the last modification date in guides of “Documentation centre”
• Replace https://en.numista.com/help/how-can-i-register-my-collection-on-numista-1.html by How can I register my collection on Numista?
• Replace https://en.numista.com/conditions.php by Terms of Use
