SPAIN banknote 25 Pesetas 1938 rare serial number?? [Risolto]

Hi there, I found a Spanish 25 Pesetas banknote from 1938 among my fathers collection of old notes. it has a serial number of 00000000. 

Not sure if this makes it more desirable or even rare, as I dont know much about old bank notes!

can anyone help please?

This is not a real banknote.  It is a reproduction.  Hard to say when or why it was made or who made it.  Probably a great many were made with this “serial number.”
