Remove/simplify tripled sites in the forum for suggestions

We have tripled sites in the forum for the same type of suggestions (I mark with circles in colours):

• Red circles: request commons to all types of items (coins, banknotes and exonumia). For example, a request about a new tag needed in a coin, will be used also in exonumia and banknotes.
• Green circles: request commons to two types.
• Pink circle: the request about banknote issuing entities are in section of banknotes only, but also exonumia have issuing entities.

The commons request perhaps can be moved to only one forum (new “Numista general catalogue", or added to “Numista website”):

Now “Request about issuing entities” was added to coins and exonumia.

The requests on the three forums are
