Not sure that all the Windward Islands are French as those in the West Indies, made up of the British possessions of Grenada, St Vincent and St Lucia, are part of Commonwealth.  Grenada, the smallest, is the southernmost island and St Lucia, the largest, is the northernmost island.  This change, if required to cover French possessions in the area, needs to be more specific.

Agreed not all windward Islands are French only a very small subsection.

As it was colony that ecompasses several countries that exist today, it would stay separate as colonies.
