There were notable surges in memberships from Belarus, Benin, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Finland, Iraq, Netherlands, Peru, South Africa, Spain and Venezuela.
American Samoa, Andorra, Armenia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belize, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Cameroon, Congo, Ethiopia, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Honduras, Iceland, Isle of Man, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Maldives, Monaco, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tanzania, Trinidad & Tobago and Zambia each gained one new member.
