Change the ruling authority of 28 Polish coins from 1989 [Risolto]

These 28 Polish coins issued in 1989 and with legend

(pl) POLSKA RZECZPOSPOLITA LUDOWA = (en) Polish People's Republic 
 

are assigned to the Third Republic (1989-Date) instead of the People's Republic (1952-1989).

They are many coins, so will be more easy modify them by a referee, instead of send 28 modification request.
 

Maybe best to send a PM directly to the referee for Poland.

Depends, what's the cut-off date, were they old ones made for a new coin set or new ones just using the old name?

Yes, they should be moved to  PRL - People Republic, I will handle it.  If someone have some time to send me requests would help me a lot.

As there is already just 21 of them, I believe referee is taking action on this. Some of them are trial strikes, maybe they just used old dies for new trials.

A similar thing occurred with Communist Czechoslovakia as well - coins with the Republic's name until around 1960, then the Czechsolovakian Socialist Republic from 1961 to 1990.

The 1947-52 period in Poland was still under Communist Poland.

Poland under communist rule was till 1989.

All coins were eagle dont wear crown in obverse are PRL time. 

3rd republic coins are all coins where eagle have crown on his head.

Of course there was also transitional period from one currency to another. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polish_z%C5%82oty where eagle wear the crown but because of hyperinflation they are also considered as PRL time.

The reason while coins  from PRL period you can find in3rd republic is simple. When they were add to the catalog there were no such option like ruling authority. It was a bug as they have been incorrectly assigned by robot ? PRL and 3rd republic both have the date 1989
