Add more rulers to the Ionian Islands [Risolto]

The Ionian Islands have notes newer than the 1864 handover to Greece. I think rulers can be applyed.

I have made this list, based on the list  of Greek rulers, but George II may be unnecceray.

I suggest we add:

Kingdom of Greece

House of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg
- George I (1864-1913)

- Constantine I (1913-1917, 1920-1922)

- Alexander (1917-1920)

- George II (1922-1924, 1935-1947)

Italian Occupation (1941-1944)
