Always nice to celebrate a landmark.
Active members or just “new” member 200.000, while (x members) have left numista?

199,100 not yet created
199,200 not yet created
and so on …
so 1,000 to add before 200,000 number.
I think numbers were skipped over. New members are in the 300,000's.
Remaining members are more important, I have the feeling we're only around 200 active members.

You're defining active members as only those who regularly post in the forums.

As of now this is the member with the highest number:
The gaps are probably all those spam accounts and bots the get deleted.
For activity I only found two official data points that are not really comparable.
7-Sep-2018
8304 members logged into their account in the last month (30 days)
13017 members logged into their account in the last 3 months (90 days)
27043 members logged into their account in the last 12 months (365 days)
8-Jul-2022
704000 “unique” visitors accessed Numista in June 2022. (30 days)
19000 members logged into their account in the last 3 months (90 days)
63000 members logged into their account in the last 24 months (730 days)
If growth would have been linear and decoupled from the season, the numbers for today would be 20400 log-ins for the last 90 days.

Interesting numbers. Nice to see this.
I am sure Cerulean will have some more statistics to add.
be satisfied with the figures indicated, without wanting to go into details, any analysis brings surprises and disappointments
Hello,
The number of subscribed members is not an important metric for me. Many regular visitors don't have an account, while some one-time visitors created an account and never came back.
Here are some fresh numbers:

1,130,000 is a big number. Excellent.
I was a regular visitor for nearly 18 months before signing up.

Anyone - just click on your own name for example, then change the numbers in
the address part at the top of the page.

The number of “members” displayed is indicative
each entry bears a serial number. At this precise time it bears the number 343460
in this quantity there may be holes and undesirables (spam, opportunism, for verification tests etc…),
we can also determine their motivations, which amounts to distinguishing several kinds of members
the same in the number of connections
