Use of images from internet?

I have this case, where I want to set up a documentation of the Cuban 5 centavos coin from 1920, km11.1 and km11.2. The km11.1 with a period after the G is the normal one. Rsirian found an image here https://www.lastdodo.com/en/items/9558683-cuba-5-centavos-1920-type-2

and then I asked the site for the permission to use their images. I got a permission to use images from (see this thread)

but not the permission for the image I needed, so I went a bit deeper and tried to contact the owner of the image tatayoyo1, but in vain, since this person no longer has an account on the “lastdodo” site.

So my question to the powers that be, can I use the image mentioned in the beginning of this message for my documentation, or is it prohibited ? I had thought to mention it like this in my documentation:

Now if I'm not allowed to do it like that, I will make a makro image like this: 

and not show the full coin in the presentation. The owner cannot have a copyright to that, can he?

Sadly copyright laws can be very strict and Numista cannot use simply images from internet. It is possible to link to them though.

Links have a tendency to disappear with time, and then it's just a loss of needed information.

To be clear, I understand this as being a link to the page containing the image, and not a hotlink to the image itself which would cause the image to appear on a numista page without being hosted on the numista server.
