Error identity

I have this 1988A series bank note with an error on the back it looks like the seal on the front of the bill is printed so you can see it through the back side at an angle and in a different color ink and a red ink what kind of error is this please if you know it isn't worth anything.

Without pictures, it will be very difficult for anyone to help you. Could you please post clear pictures of each side of your item?

I would really need a picture or two to be able answer your question properly, but based on your description, it doesn't sound like a printing error. The BEP stopped using red ink in the 1960s (I believe the last note was the $100 legal tender note). Thus, you probably have a note that was altered after printing.
