Should there be a separate listing for a rebel issue of banknotes when there is no difference in appearance in the banknote design from the official issue except the serial numbers?
A general question which pertains to issues in Finland in 1918 when the rebels captured the capital city including the Bank of Finland and issued some currency notes.
The notes are referred to as ‘illegal’ issues, and were not redeemable after the recapture of the capital.
