When does the new day start here on Numista? What time zone is it set on?

I believe CET time is used. Why?

Actually it didn't. Yesterday I had reached the limit of 10 messages, I had to send another one and I tried after the midnight but it still didn't let me so perhaps it's the main server's time zone rather than the user's?

The reset of the private message limit occurs around midnight UTC.
