I think bonds like that are not in the scope of Numista.

Will I be able to create it under paper vouchers subcategory in Exonumia? I have created a request for it to be added however it is still a work in-progress [WIP] as I have not added my images yet.

I believe it would need to have circulated as a currency instrument to be eligible for numista. 

Bonds generally do not fall into this category.
