How can I add my medals collection to numista , which is not in the numista list

If they are in the scope of Numista you add them yourself HERE. You probably have to look what kind of medals are already in the different categories then choose the one that applies for item or ask in the respective forum https://en.numista.com/forum/forum34.html

   They are fao bronze medals ,some art medals 

SEARCH seems like 3 are already under Institution medals. But more are here and there SEARCH, so you have to make a decision or ask in the relevant forum.
