Can we add Eurozone option for coins as it is for banknotes? This will make it easier for those only searching for Euro coins.

It already kind of exists, but is completely useless:

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/zone_euro-1.html

Interesting suggestion but how would you search for all Euro coins from Austria?  This would no longer work if the Issuer was changed to Eurozone:

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=austria&r=&ct=coin&im1=&im2=&tb=y&tc=y&tn=y&tp=y&tt=y&cat=y&ru=&ca=3&no=&v=euro&i=&b=&d=&u=&a=&dg=&m=&f=&t=&w=&mt=&g=&se=&c=&wi=&sw=&ie=

Euro coins on the obverse clearly state the issuer unlike Euro banknotes or in the context of coins from other monetary unions such as CFA Franc or Easter Caribbean Dollar which it’s hard to know which county that coin originated from.

Hi to whoever is reading this. Did you know that TYPEWRITER (on a QWERTY keyboard) is the longest word you can type using only the letters on one row of the keyboard.

Because there are not coins with issuer “Eurozone”. In case of banknotes, they are issued by this issuer.

In case of coins, the issuer “Eurozone” can be used as a direct access to euro coins:

ID Currency = 9024 (Euro from Andorra) OR          9002 (Euro from Austria) OR
9003 (Euro from Belgium) OR        10395 (Euro from Croatia) OR
9018 (Euro from Cyprus) OR             9021 (Euro from Estonia) OR
9005 (Euro from Finland) OR            9006 (Euro from France) OR
9007 (Euro from Germany) OR        9008 (Euro from Greece) OR
9009 (Euro from Ireland) OR             9010 (Euro from Italy) OR
9022 (Euro from Latvia) OR               9023 (Euro from Lithuania) OR
9011 (Euro from Luxembourg) OR  9019 (Euro from Malta) OR
9015 (Euro from Monaco) OR            9012 (Euro from Netherlands) OR
9013 (Euro from Portugal) OR           9014 (Euro from San Marino) OR
9020 (Euro from Slovakia) OR           9017 (Euro from Slovenia) OR
9004 (Euro from Spain) OR                 9016 (Euro from Vatican City)

                          (          (9002 ≤ ID AND 9024 ≥ ID) OR 10395 = ID                 )

An intermediate step can be to add a filter “Currency”.

I have no clue what you're talking about.  You're suggesting replacing the issuer for each country with Eurozone?

Hello,

As others mentioned, the issuers of the euro coins are the individual state, not the monetary union.

I believe what you are looking for is a search by currency. The idea is already listed here: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic62094.html

It was not just to search the website but also to search a user's swap list. How do we use advance filter there?

It is not. The issuer is the individual  country. But a special issuer “Eurozone” could get all euro coins from any countries. Similar idea here: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic62094.html#p1079880

I see it that a Eurozone issuer would work the very same way as the German Notgeld issuer works.
