National Indigenous People's Day Toonie - Circulation [Risolto]

Hello! 

I have noticed that the National Indigenous People's Day Toonie (N#370030) is listed as non circulation but the mint lists it as a circulation coin and they have been released into circulation (How I got mine). Interestingly, the non colour coin is listed as a circulation issue (N#370028). I think this is a mistake and both should be listed as circulation strikes.
