We currently have 3 notes under France.

Theses notes where issues for the french army oparating in Egypt.

So I beleve these notes should be move in Exonumia under Milatary voucher.

Also I am not confident to find those notes in France when they have no mention of France and they clearly mention Méditerranée Orientale instead.

It's still under France when it's clearly not for circulation in France but in Egypt, is that fine?

Hmmm, they are for armed forces only, right? I do not know enough to be sure, but I'd say if they are just military vouchers, it's fine to record them under the country of the army; If they are used as local currency, then they should go under the circultaion country. Does it make sense ?

Seems fine for me but will clarify it in the Exonumia guideline.
