Hello, everyone!

One of the main anti-counterfeit security features of the latest banknotes is exposure to ultraviolet light. In some registers here at Numista (in comments field), we have images of banknotes when exposed to UV light and, I think, that this information is quite relevant for collectors and lovers of notaphilia!

Therefore, I would like to suggest that, in the same way that we have a dedicated space for the insertion of watermarks on banknotes, there should also be a dedicated space for including images of exposure to ultraviolet light.

Best Regards,

Vladimir

So this is an idea that has already been discussed here! 😊

I already gave my “upvote” in the other discussion too. Thanks!

I (of course) support this!

Hopefully people will add the wavelength of the light also, there are a lot of notes different under UVA vs UVC.
