There are missing info for the New Zealand first polymer series. Apart from normal circulating issues, there are also collector sets issued for Series 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2007 and 2008. Albeit 1000 full sets printed, there should be mentioned here, imo. Despite limited edition, not all sets were sold out for those earlier issues (1999 to 2003 inclusive).
