It's 19mm in width and weighs 3g.

   That is 18mm and 2g and yours is 19mm and 3g so may not be it, but I saw a picture of one and the lettering looks similar. Welcome to the Forum also.  

  I added the description to that page of KM# 928 and it matches your coin (beads and wreath) ...
Obverse: Text within beaded circle, wreath surrounds

   That one sold for $30 and was described as
1933 (1312SH) KM# 928 AFGHANISTAN 2 pul COPPER COIN
and the pictures were ...




  So with yours underneath, looks the same (and same 1312/1933 date as well).

Perhaps you can add your pictures to the database?

  I added just now then the two pictures from the member and added  © gothicanger  underneath. Prefer better pictures as both originals were slightly cut off in one part. Hope that is alright.
