Big/Small Portrait, Brunei [Risolto]

I have examined my Brunei coins and noticed that the portrait has different in size on the 20 sen coin. The break seems to be at 2009.

See comparison between 2009 vs 2013:

2009

“Ear to ear”: 8.6 mm

“Head to A in ‘Hassanal’”: 1.8 mm

“Hat to J in ‘Haj’”: 1.2 mm

2013

“Ear to ear”: 8.8 mm

“Head to A in ‘Hassanal’”: 1.2 mm

“Hat to J in ‘Haj’”: 0.6 mm

Same difference seems to be on the 5 sen coin. 2010 has small head, 2014 big.

I only have a 2011 of the 10 sen coin, so I can't check that, unfortunately, but I would assume the same thing applies to them.

Edit: The 50 sen is the same. The bust of the 2002 coin in the page's profile picture, the bust is smaller than on my 2010 and 2011 coins.

You're right, but they are not variants, they are just minor type changes, not taken into account by SCWC. None of them have the difference in the same year!

This change in bust size could be added in the Comments section through the Modification Request procedure.    

It sounds like there is agreement that a change took place on multiple denominations.

Yes and no, just knowing the year, you'll know the head size, so how is that helpful?

Becasue the next collector who notices it will know it is normal and not something rare.

There is also weight variety reported for 5 Sen. N#5757

Once we know where is the boundary, we can just add it to the comment field via standard modification. I also notified the referee.
