Can't log in

Hello!

Since a few months back I can no longer log in on Numista on my computer. For some reason it only works in inkognito mode, and it works normally on my phone. Any ideas why I can't log in as normal?

Interesting. 

I assume that numista will load in your computer browser. Ialso assume that you have flushed your browser's cache and cookies and all other temporary files.

Some thoughts would be that your isp or ip is being blocked by numista for some reason.

Have you tried logging in with a different browser from you computer?

If you are using a software firewall, depending on how it is configured, it is also possible that the firewall is blocking the log in attempt.

At one point is said something about that I have to accept cookies, but nonsettings has been changed, and when I check I am acxepting cookies. About 98% of the time there's no message at all. 🤷‍♂️

Thanks, that's interesting. Some people reported issues with password reset and with sign up recently, and I assume they are related. It might be due to some update of a browser regarding cookies. Which browser and browser version are you using?

I'm using Chrome. I did a password reset because I thought that wa the problem, but the weirdest part is that it works in inkognito mode, but not in normal.

How did you fix it? I'm having the same problem.

Incognito mode hides your old session cookies and limits caching.

I would suspect that you have old session cookies in your default browser session.

I've deleted all the cache, cookies, etc. It still doesn't work.

I'm not sure what else is affecting it. 

I cleared all cache and cookies, and now it works as normal again. 😊
