For the Swiss cantons, flags are display sometimes on third level and sometimes only on fourth:

Can we use the structure of Aargau everywhere? So The same flag on third and fourth level.

For Neuchâtel it’s stil not ok.

And for Appenzell I would not use flat on third level unless we are sure it’s the good one.
