Designer on a Serbian note: 1000 Dinara 1942 [Risolto]

I tried to figure out the designer of this note, but my Serbian cyrillic is not close to zero but behind zero …

But can't figure out who it was, so I guess I copied it wrong from the note, can someone check this?

FEC. stand for Fecit in latin = "He made"

Found it looking for something else!

It's Vasa Pomorišac (ПОМОРИШАЦ).
