The overall issuer name is currently “Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands”. I think, seeing these new issuers, a more appropriate name for the overall category would be “Al-Andalus and Cueta” (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Andalus).
Al-Andalus is the name for the Muslim states in Spain, Portugal, and France, at this time--it includes both the relevant parts of the Iberian Peninsula as well as the Balearic Islands. However, it does not include Ceuta, which is the part that is more confusing with the sections current naming. If we include Ceuta in the name, we will have a place for the Taifa of Ceuta, and the placement of Cordoba would be more accurate (as, under the Caliphate, they had Ceuta). Thoughts on that? x)
