French faulty notes [Risolto]

In the french category we have 5 error notes:

200 Francs - Eiffel (type 1995 faulty) - France – Numista

50 Francs - Saint-Exupéry (type 1992 faulty) - France – Numista

50 Francs - Saint-Exupéry (type 1992 modificated error) - France – Numista

100 Francs (Cézanne, type 1997 faulty) - France – Numista

500 Francs - Pierre & Marie Curie (type 1993 faulty) - France – Numista

Why it's the only country where we can find such items?

What guidelines says about creating pages for error coins or banlknotes?

Please make proposals like “Please remove these items” or something similar when opening a ticket an not just ask questions (be they rhetorical or not).
