Hello,

 

please add the following mints:

 

1.

Beyenbach Metallwarenfabrik (Wiesbaden)

The mint seems to have existed from 1888 to 1912

Glaser & Sohn (Dresden)

Still in existence today

Medaillen Münze Gottfried Bernhard Loos (Berlin)

Usually just known as G. Loos in Berlin

 

4.

Hermann Noack, Bildgießerei (Berlin)

Specializing in cast medals mostly from the 1910-1980 timeframe, they still exist today but only make cast sculptures and artwork nowadays.

Silberwarenfabrik M.J. Rückert (Mainz)

A Silversmith but who has produced 100's of medals and exonumia in the early part of the 20th century.

Adolf Schwerdt (Stuttgart)

Larger producer/maker of exonumia especially during the timeframe of 1880-1920

I found dates of 1812-1879 for the Gottfried Bernhard Loos enterprise (run first by him, then by a son).  If you think this is not correct, please let me know.

Sorry for delay. Completed now.

 

I found an article on Rückert citing dates 1838-1928, so I put those in, and used 1880-1920 for Schwerdt.

 

If any better info comes up, let us know (though it functionally it probably doesnt matter much).

Im attributing the mints now to all the pieces we have in the catalogue.

 

Quick thing I noticed.

Glaser & Son It should be Glaser & Sohn with an h

(just realized this comes from a translation so I guess its ok)

 

G. Loos mint operated longer than 1879

In our catalogue at least we have an example from 1908
