Fake territory of the mint

is described as situated  at Czech Republic (1940-1944)

It is very strange, can anyone show on the map  Czech Republic in 1940-1944?

Most probably should be 

Vichr a spol., Lysá nad Labem,  Moravia, Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia  (1940-1944)

But I believe all mints we create are placed in their current country though?

Yes, all mints are created as places, with country being the modern issuer.

Avoid the use of “fake”, look up in the dictionary or internet for the precise meaning of fake!

Here is a mistake. By international agreement the place is named the way, how it was the moment under consideration.

This rule allows to avoid unintentional misunderstanding.  Which is very important for example in the nationality of a real person, when borders of countries constantly change. And the other example is this post itself.  Ignoring the rule brought to fakes.

And if we follow this policy (in previous post it was shown already that it is wrong) the moment, when some one decide to change borders or names of territories tomorrow, the Numista Team will immediately stop doing what they do, and will run to change the names of the places. This absurd again is protected by the international agreement: name the place the way how it was and no further changes will influence on the written text. Just follow the rule and no fakes will appear.
