This is useful for members who use “Merge forums” on member settings:

Generally I have Spanish selected in Numista

and I see the forum (with messages in all languages: EN/FR/ES) with Spanish interface.
I can reply messages in the three languages (thanks to Google translate!) and create new topics in Spanish and English.
But sometimes I make mistakes:
- I create an English topic in the Spanish forum, or
- I reply to French questions (thanks to Numista online translator!) in English.
If my interface language is different from the forum of current topic, a message is displayed:

But when I create a topic or I reply to a topic, the system does not show what is the language of the topic (the language of the target forum, the language I should use, if I can), and I can write in another language by mistake.
Can a similar message be displayed on the new topic and reply pages?
Note: A select box of the language target can be used instead of the message, in a new topic. See the suggestion Choose the language of forum target of new topic.
