just curious, Dollar sequence number

hai,im zali from Malaysia Long time ago myfriends have give me this dolar,he said keep it one day its will be more valuable.But I am thinking is it due to sequence number?.But I'm thinking if it's due to the sequence number. If it's true, where is the appropriate place for me to ask the value. can some help me about that

Your have to show us more details about these US$1 notes, like the year, and perhaps the signatures too. Without such information, it is hard for someone to give you a fair value. Are there any star or replacement notes? They may or may not be any extra premium on banknotes with serial number in sequence.

It is a myth that a set of sequential serial numbers (which is the way notes are issued) is worth a premium for modern notes.  Only older large size, or scarcer series sequential sets may drum up extra attention.  Another myth is that sequential serial numbers = UNC. Sometimes that's the case but often that's not. 

Most collectors I know expect a discount on lots or multiple notes purchased (whether sequential or not).
