New issuers: the Ziyarids, the Seljuqs, and the Umayyads [Risolto]

So I added the Umayyad rebels, and that will complete all new issuers needed under the Islamic states for now. In regards to ruling authorities, there are only a few issuers I have not yet tackled, which I will be saving for later:

• Pre-reformed coinage (including Abbasids, Umayyads, Rashiduns, and Dabuyids),
• The Umayyad caliphate as a whole (mostly anonymous yet dated coins),
• The copper coinage of the Abbasids and the Umayyads,
• The Timurids under the Mongol states,
• And anything under Central Asia and Caucasia.

My next stage will be figuring out all the cities because there are a lot of potentially “duplicate issuers” with what have already been added, although I will wait until all my pending requests are approved so we can fully see what we are working with so far.

And after the cities, because all these requests were based on Zeno, I will go over everything one last time, using the Stephen Album catalogue as a main reference to hopefully find everything missing from Zeno, and give an even more complete history of the Islamic states. I will also attempt to include currencies during that time, although… that can be discussed later.  :)
