Error on Eurozone banknote page - 5 euro, Europa series [Risolto]

This page lists year brackets starting at 2003 for the Europa series Euro notes. The Europa series 5 euro was produced from 2013 onwards, so this needs correction. There is a line at the borrom of the page with a 2003 date beside the Belgian 5 Euro, which is likely an error.

This is a complicated page. Rather than making changes, I think someone with a good knowledge of the Euro notes should do it – I am familiar only with the Irish Euro notes.
