Clarify the size of coins/exonumia with a loop, on the help article

I have an oval medal with loop, ready to send to Numista catalogue, but I do not know if the loop has to be included to the size or not.

I think the loop is not included, but I am not sure. I added my medal to Numista and now I know that the loop is not included in the size.

Also, I read the help article https://en.numista.com/help/diameter-size-116.html but it does not say anything about this. (Should be added to this article.)

Can a note about this fact be added to that help article (in English and French)? Similar to:

If the item has a loop, it is not included in the size of the item.

The loop is not included in its height.
