Put the forum buttons/links in same position

I often want search on the forum, or see my messages, but the links are at the bottom of the forum or in different positions depending on whether I visit the index or a board:

• The forum index has all (two links) at the bottom (“Topics I post in”, in red, and “Search”, in orange):

• Each board has two buttons at top (“All read”, in green, and “Search”, in orange) and one link at the bottom (“Mark all topics as read”, in green, same as the top “All read” button).
   

My proposal in the forum index:

• At the top: move all the bottom links as buttons.
• At the bottom: maybe, keep a duplicate of the top buttons (as buttons, or as the current links).

My proposal in each board:

• At the top: keep as now.
• At the bottom: maybe, keep a duplicate of the top buttons (as buttons, or as the current links).
• About the “All read” button at the top, maybe it can be removed, and display only at the bottom (I think it is rarely used). About this button/link, I have other suggestion.

Yes??? I never use this button (well… once by mistake, and all the English topics on “Numista website” forum were mark as read☹️; I would hide it in my settings if possible 😆).
