Replace “Códoba” by “Córdoba” in the descripción of the province of Buenos Aires [Risolto]

In the Translation - Issuers page, label buenos_aires • Q1486, 4th fleld, must be replace “Códoba” by “Córdoba”.

I did it in Spanish, but it must be done in English and French.
