1921 Romania banknote

Hello, I have a banknote from Romania dated 1921. I have looked at others like this, but curiously, mine seems to have two small cartoons scribbled on two of the circles. They are quite good so I thought they might have been part of the note, but seems not. Can anyone tell me what they might be and why they are there - and does this add to or detract from the value of the note? Thanks!

They seem to be stamped on or even printed on. From the picture the first one seems to be a man in time-appropriate clothes holding either a firearm or more interestingly a neck-suspended keyboard. The second one looks to be two people running, perhaps one chasing after the other, both wearing hats with streamers (maybe the fez). There’s also a knife and some sort of rope on the ground. I’m not sure of the historical or symbolic significance of these as I’m not too immersed in Romanian cultures. It likely detracts value from the note since it alters the original note. You might be able to find someone who is interested in this sort of niche, but it is unlikely.

Thank you for the feedback
