Taking 200 megapixel pictures of 90% background should be avoided, crop your pictures and make them only as large as needed depending on your display and/or how detailed the coin is, 1000²-1200² pixels should be enough for most people.

Thanks for the tip, but it is time-consuming to reduce the size of the pictures after they have been taken.

You can bulk resize images, either locally in a program like Photoshop or online.

That would be the fastest way if you have cropped all of them beforehand that is.

But since I only have all the photos saved at Numista, I would have to call up all the coins again or take and save the photos again. That is a huge effort.

Next time I will be more careful and reduce the size of the photos and save them locally.
